- Outputs: Grant libraries report monthly; for a link to the online form please email Karen Bosch Cobb at boschcobb@plpinfo.org. Statistics include number of veteran interactions, number of volunteers, number of volunteer hours worked, attendance at programs, reintegration forms completed, and partnerships with other organizations.
